Volunteer Sales Reports: Check your performance HERE by Promo Code
How do you get your FREE (earned) Tickets?
On Night December 13th Volunteers Check In at the greeters table to receive FREE tickets. Also, if you think 10 tickets or more have been sold by you, but not reflected in the Promo Code Reports, simply give the Check In Desk your estimate, and we use that to calculate your free tickets.
If you do not feel you have sold 10 tickets, you can still get in free by volunteering at the check in area for 45 minutes. Arrive at 7:30 and fill out this Form
Volunteer Promo Codes Explained
- Receive Recognition & Credit for your volunteer efforts. Online Ticket purchasers have the option to enter a Promo Code which is unique to each volunteer.

- Are you out of printed invitations? Invitations can be downloaded (see below). We also have plenty of printed invitations available - send an email volunteer@atlantatwohundred.org
- Effective Ticket Tokens (ETTs) Defined:
Effective Ticket Tokens (ETTs)= Total Sales Dollars/$15
Example 1: You sell 6 tickets at $15. So, 6 x 15= $90
Therefore, $90/15=6 ETTs
Example 2: You sell 3 tickets at $30. So, 3 x 30 = $90
Therefore, $90/15 = 6 ETTs
In other words, we divide total money raised by $15 to maximize credit to the volunteers. For every 10 ETTs, you earn 1 FREE Ticket to do with what you will (i.e., get in FREE or reward a friend for their efforts).
